摘要
提出一种利用细激光束和全息光栅精确定位光学系统物方焦平面位置的方法,可用于光学傅里叶交换、光学信息处理系统的调整。其优点是所用光学元件少,操作简便。
A new and convenient method of localizing the front focal plane of an optical system using thin laser beam and a holographic grating is reported,its applications can be found in optical Fourier transformation,optical information processing and the measurement of the focal length of an optical system by Fourier spectrem method. It has the advantages of fewer optical elements used and easily operating.
