铜蒸气激光与光敏剂联合治疗鲜红斑痣的临床研究

Study on Treatment of Port-nine Stain by Copper Vapor Laser and HPD (PSD-007)

铜蒸气激光与光敏剂ＰＳＤ—００７进行ＰＤＴ治疗鲜红斑痣３４０例，总有效率达９８．８％其中优良率７６．６％，无遗留任何疤痕。与单纯铜激光或氩激光光源相比，其优率Ｐ＜０．

cases of port-vine stain were ereated by PDT with cepper vapor laser machine and HPD(PSD-007). The total response rate is 98. 8%,of which 76. 6% considered to be excellent,and with no scar steys. This serves companed with the reported treatment,that is with copper vapor laser and Ar+laser as light resource. The opporious difference is total response rate (P>0. 05) and escellent rate (P<0. 01).
