摘要
以337nm氮分子激光,经石英光纤传导激发新西兰大白兔的粥样硬化班块及正常主动脉标本。分析了365—550nm波段范围内的各标本的荧光光谱;对激光荧光光谱甄别粥样硬化斑块与正常主动脉及其在激光血管成形术中应用的可能性作了探讨。
Atherosclerotic plaque and normal New Zealand rabbit aortic specimens were excited by 337nm nitrogen laser through a silica fiber. Fluorescence spectra were analysed over a wavelength range of 365 to 550nm. The possibility of distinguishing between atherosclerotic plaque and normal aorta by laser-induced fluorescence spectrum and of its application in laserangioplasty was preliminaryly evaluated.
