摘要
利用自制的激光波长计和相应的接口电路,在CR899-21激光器上实现了钛宝石激光器0.9~0.95μm波段的波长自动扫描控制。实验结果表明,连续扫描宽度可达200GHz,波长连接精度好于+200MHz。这为0.9μm以上的分子高分辨光谱研究提供了必要的实验手段。
A CW Ti:sapphire laser was automatically tuned to 200 GHz in 0.9 ̄0.95 μm rangewith a wavemeter and relevant interface circuit developed by ourselves while retaininga narrow spectral width of 500 kHz(rms). The scan nonlinearity was corrected with anaccuracy of ±500 MHz and the single scans joined together with an accuracy of ±200MHz. The experimental system has proved useful for the molecular spectroscopy study.
