摘要
本文提出一种用于联想识别的全光型多值神经网络系统。该系统利用透镜阵列实现二维图像的傅里叶全息存贮,利用掺铈钛酸钡晶体的互泵浦位相共轭特性构成网络反馈与光能补充。利用该系统可实现二维图像的人工联想识别。
In this paper),a design of an all-optical multi-value neural network system for implementation of associative memory is presented. In the system, a lens array is usedfor holographic Fourier storage,and a Ce-doped BaTi2O3 crystal with mutually-pumpedphase conjugation characteristic is utilized to build up all-optical feedback. It is possibleto realize artificial associative memory of 2-D images by making use of the optical neuralnetwork system.
