曲美他嗪对冠状动脉支架术后心肌损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察冠状动脉支架术后肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的变化及曲美他嗪的影响,以了解曲美他嗪能否减轻冠状动脉支架术所致的心肌微损伤。方法:62例冠状动脉支架术患者随机分为常规治疗组和曲美他嗪治疗组,定量检测支架术后6h、12h、24hcTnI,比较两组cTnI的差异,并分别比较两组间植入单枚支架、多枚支架者各时间点的cTnI的差异。结果:30例常规治疗组cTnI6h、12h、24h的水平分别为(0.42±0.22)ng/mL、(0.85±0.35)ng/mL、(2.36±1.28)ng/mL,而32例曲美他嗪治疗组为(0.23±0.11)ng/mL、(0.35±0.12)ng/mL、(1.23±0.98)ng/mL,两组间各时间点的差异均有显著性;植入单枚支架者,常规治疗组各时间点cTnI为(0.13±0.06)ng/mL、(0.25±0.10)ng/mL、(0.34±0.15)ng/mL,曲美他嗪组为(0.12±0.05)ng/mL、(0.20±0.08)ng/mL、(0.28±0.07)ng/mL,两组间各时间点差异均无显著性;植入多枚支架者,常规治疗组分别为(0.61±0.21)ng/mL、(1.24±0.25)ng/mL、(3.70±1.23)ng/mL,曲美他嗪组为(0.32±0.19)ng/mL、(0.47±0.14)ng/mL、(2.08±0.83)ng/mL,两组间各时间点差异均有显著性。结论:曲美他嗪对冠状动脉支架术相关的心肌损伤有保护作用,尤其是多枚支架植入,心肌缺血时间长者保护作用更明显。
