Intelligent Discharge detection Management System is a suit of management system which, is applied to batteries trade. This paper makes a detailed description of its system structure and its primary function,emphasizes in the upper treatment to the discharge detection, and introduces a method of curve flatness which uses Bessel Interpolation.
