摘要
涡旋压缩机在工作过程中动、静涡盘之间间隙存在泄漏损失,它是影响无油润滑涡旋压缩机工作性能的重要因素。在涡旋齿端面加由自润滑材料制成的密封条是实现无油润滑的一项关键技术。本文从材料和结构两方面阐述了密封条的基本特点,介绍了密封条的两种结构模型,说明了各自的工作原理,并对两种模型进行了受力分析,得出了密封条正常工作应满足的条件及选用两种结构模型应注意的问题。结果表明:密封条不但可以阻止通过轴向间隙的泄漏,而且降低了涡旋齿与涡盘底部摩擦功率损失。
There is some leak losing between two scroll teeth when scroll compressor is working. The leakage problem is an important factor to influence the work performance of oil-free scroll compressor. The installation of self-lubricative seal element of scroll tooth is a key technique for oil-free scroll compressor. The characteristics of seal element were expatiated from material and structure, two kinds of structure models were introduced, and the work principle and excogitate force analysis of two kinds of models was explained. The result shows the seal element can hold back the leakage through axial clearance and reduce friction power loss between scroll tooth and bottom of scrolls.
