摘要
自行设计了一套机械密封端面温度场测试试验台。此试验台采用热电偶测温法,对转速变化和密封压力变化等工况下密封环的温度场进行实验测试,并把实验结果与有限元数值结果进行了对比。结果表明,所采用的测试方法是可行的,实验数据是可靠的。这为合理设计机械密封装置提供了理论依据。
An experimental bed was designed to test mechanical seal ring' s surface temperature field, which adopts thermocouple to measure the temperature. The temperature field of seal ring was measured experimentally in accordance with the variation of velocity and pressure, and the testing result was compared with the numerical analysis result by finite element method. The result proves that the testing method adopted is feasible and the experimental result is reliable. It provides a theoretical basis for designing the mechanical seal ring equipment.
