摘要
基于传输线模型设计和分析了,一种新型的相互自偏屏蔽磁阻头(MR)。对信号场分布,输出电压,谐波信号和磁电阻作为偏电流,记录位移和时间的函数进行仿真模拟,结果表明该磁头的线性工作电流在10~30mA之间,在总缝宽G0小于0.6μm的条件下,不仅具有较好的高频线性响应特性和完全对称的再生信号输出波形,而且有高达45%的效率。这些结果对提高计算机硬盘的记录密度是很有意义的。
Based on the transmission-line model,a new mutual self-biaded shielded MR head is designed and analyzed.The distribution of signal field,output voltage and Magnetic resistance as functions of bias current,opition and time are simulated. It is shown that the MR head not only has a good linear character and symmetry waveform,but also a high efficiency about 45% in the bias current range of about 10 ̄30 mA,and total gap width G0 less than 0.6 μm. There recults are very important in high density resording of computer hard disk.
