摘要
为了实现润滑脂在管路中输送的无流量脉动,研制了一种低流量脉动泵。介绍了该泵的结构和工作原理,并分析了其流量脉动降低的原因。试验表明,该泵能有效地减少压力脉动,可近似达到无管路压力脉动的目的。
In order to realize the transportation of grease without flux pulse in the tube,a low-flux pulse pump was developed. The structure and principle of the pump were introduced, and the mechanism that the pump can lower the flux pulse was analyzed. The experiments show that the pump can lower the flux pulse effectively.
