戊己丸水煎液对幽门螺旋杆菌感染小鼠体内NO含量的影响

Effect of Wuji Pills Decoction on the Content of NO in the Mouse Internal Body Infected by Helicobacter Pylori

目的:观察戊己丸水煎液对C57BL/6小鼠感染幽门螺旋杆菌动物模型血清中NO含量的影响。方法:在复制C57BL/6小鼠幽门螺旋杆菌感染模型的基础上,分为戊己丸水煎液高、中、低剂量组、心胃止痛胶囊组和克拉霉素组以及正常对照组和模型对照组,测定各组小鼠血清一氧化氮含量。结果:模型组血清NO较正常组均显著增加(P<0.05)。与模型组相比较,各治疗组血清NO均有所下降。其中戊己丸水煎液高剂量组、中剂量组、克拉霉素组与正常组没有差异。结论:戊己丸水煎液可明显降低幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染小鼠血清中NO含量。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Wuji pills decoction on the content of NO in the C57BL/6 mouse infected by helicobacter pylori（Hp） blood serum. Method： On the basis of copying the C57BL/6 mouse infected by Hp model, they were divided into seven groups repectively, Wuji pills decoction high, middle, low dose groups, Heart -stomach relieving pain capsule group and Clarithromycin group, Normal group, Model group; then, to determine the content of NO in mouse blood serum. Result： the NO in the model group increased more obvious than normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with model group, the NO decreased in all other groups. There were no differences among Wuji pills decoction high, middle, low dose groups, Clarithromycin group and Normal group. Conclusion： Wuji pills decoction can reduce the content of NO in mouse infected by Hp obviously.
