戊己丸水煎液对幽门螺旋杆菌感染小鼠体内NO含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察戊己丸水煎液对C57BL/6小鼠感染幽门螺旋杆菌动物模型血清中NO含量的影响。方法:在复制C57BL/6小鼠幽门螺旋杆菌感染模型的基础上,分为戊己丸水煎液高、中、低剂量组、心胃止痛胶囊组和克拉霉素组以及正常对照组和模型对照组,测定各组小鼠血清一氧化氮含量。结果:模型组血清NO较正常组均显著增加(P<0.05)。与模型组相比较,各治疗组血清NO均有所下降。其中戊己丸水煎液高剂量组、中剂量组、克拉霉素组与正常组没有差异。结论:戊己丸水煎液可明显降低幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染小鼠血清中NO含量。 Objective : To observe the effect of Wuji pills decoction on the content of NO in the C57BL/6 mouse infected by helicobacter pylori(Hp) blood serum. Method: On the basis of copying the C57BL/6 mouse infected by Hp model, they were divided into seven groups repectively, Wuji pills decoction high, middle, low dose groups, Heart -stomach relieving pain capsule group and Clarithromycin group, Normal group, Model group; then, to determine the content of NO in mouse blood serum. Result: the NO in the model group increased more obvious than normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with model group, the NO decreased in all other groups. There were no differences among Wuji pills decoction high, middle, low dose groups, Clarithromycin group and Normal group. Conclusion: Wuji pills decoction can reduce the content of NO in mouse infected by Hp obviously.
