高强度聚焦超声治疗后腹膜淋巴结转移的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗后腹膜淋巴结转移的临床疗效。方法利用HIFU对人体靶组织聚焦特性进行高温(70—100℃)热疗,使肿瘤组织细胞凝固、变性、坏死并逐渐被周围组织吞噬吸收或纤维化,达到抗癌的目的。结果HIFU治疗12例后腹膜淋巴结转移患者的显效率为8.3%(1/12),有效率66.7%(8/12),无效率25.0%(3/12),未发生穿孔及大出血等。结论HIFU对治疗后腹膜淋巴结转移定位准确、疗效较好、安全性强。
