摘要
深入探讨了现有产品和研究成果中的无速度传感器高性能异步电动机调速系统的控制方案,找出其获得转速信号方法的三条思路:①基于电动机数学模型计算转速(开环计算转速);②基于闭环控制作用构造转速信号(闭环构造转速);③利用电动机结构上的特征提取转速信号(信号处理)。着重分析了各种方法的优点和存在的问题,从而对进一步发展提出有可能创新的建议。
The existing control strategies of sensorless high-performanee adjustable speed systems of induction motors in industrial products and research achievements are thoroughly investigated. Then three ap proaehes to get the speed signals are found out ,i. e. ①to calculate the speed based on mathematical models of motors (open loop calculation),②to construct the speed signal based on closed loop control (closed loop construction),③to pick up the speed signal from the features of motor structure (signal processing). Advantages and existing problems of all methods are analyzed and then proposals, maybe new ideas, for their further development are put forward.
