Design of Servo Controller Based on Pole-zero Placement

摘要 结合计算机控制技术和现代控制理论,介绍了一种零极点配置控制器的设计原理和方法,建立了稀土永磁无刷直流电机位置伺服系统的数学模型,运用基于状态空间的零极点配置方法设计控制器,并采用M atlab/S im u link软件对伺服系统进行仿真,最后在实际系统上进行了调试。仿真及实验结果表明,该控制器模型可改善系统的跟踪性能。 Combining the technology of computer control and the modern control theory, design theory and method of pole zero placement controller is introduced. The mathematical model of REPM brushless DC motor position servo system is built, then a controller is designed based on the pole-zero placement method with state-space, and simulation is done under the Matlab/Simulink environment, at last, the system test is realized on the experiment system. The simulation and experimental results show that the controller model can improve track performance of the system.
