调脂保肝胶囊防治大鼠脂肪肝的实验研究

Experimental Study of Tiaozhi Baogan Capsule in Preventing and Treating Fatty Liver in Rats

目的研究调脂保肝胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝的防治作用及其机制。方法采用高脂饮食喂养方式建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,通过外观观察、光镜下病理学检查、血液生化检测等,观察调脂保肝胶囊对脂肪肝大鼠一般情况、肝脏指数(肝体比)、肝脏病理改变、生化指标等的影响。结果调脂保肝胶囊能明显改善脂肪肝模型大鼠的肝脏病理情况,减轻肝脏的脂肪变性;降低血清和肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05～0.01);增加血清和肝组织中SOD活力(P<0.05～0.01);降低血清中TC和LDL含量(P<0.05～0.01);降低肝脏指数(P<0.01)。结论调脂保肝胶囊有较好的防治大鼠脂肪肝形成的作用。其作用机制之一为清除机体自由基,增强抗氧化能力,调节和改善自由基代谢平衡。

Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Tiaozhi Baogan Capsule （TBC） on fatty liver in rats and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods SD rat models of fatty liver were set up by feeding high fat diet,After the treatment of TBC, the general physical state, liver index （the ratio of liver weight with body weight） , hepatic pathological changes , blood biochemical indices were observed in model rats. Results TBC could obviously ameliorate liver pathological changes in model rats, relieve hepatic steatosis and hepatocellular necrosis, decrease the content of malondialdehyde （MDA） and increase the vitality of superoxide dismustase （SOD） in serum and liver,lower the content of total cholesterol （TC） and low -density lipoprotein （LDL） in serum and decreae the liver index （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion TBC is effective in preventing and treating fatty liver in rats. Promoting the clearance of the free radicals and the ability of antioxidation to regulate and the metabolic balance of free radicals may be one of its therapeutic mechanisms.
