烧结中和料自动化取样系统的研制与应用

Application of Automatic Sampling System for Sinter Neutralized Materials

针对目前皮带运输烧结中和料人工取样存在的料样代表性不强、检测数据准确性低,而影响烧结矿的配料和质量等问题,济钢开发研制了烧结中和料自动化取样系统。该系统现场自动取制样及物理性能检验一次完成,提高了检验的准确性、可靠性和及时性;提高了工作效率,改善了工作环境,减轻了劳动强度。

At present in the course of transporting sinter neutralized materials, sampling has no representativeness by manpower, the auto sampling system of sinter neutralized materials was developed. The system realizes autosampling and-making sample and testing physicals property at one step, improving the accuracy and the reliability of the testing, thus increasing the working efficiency, improving working condition and decreasing labour intension.
