转炉炉气成分变化规律的初步研究 被引量:15

摘要 通过分析本钢转炉冶炼过程中炉气的形成及主要炉气成分的变化规律,得出如下结论:通过分析CO和CO2的变化规律,可得出炉渣返干和喷溅的预报依据;通过分析O2的变化规律,可得出煤气开始回收及停吹的判断依据;通过分析H2的变化规律,可得出设备安全的预警依据。 By analyzing the gas generation and the variation rule of the main off-gas components in the process of BOF steel-making in Ben Steel, the following conclusions are obtained:the drying and splashing of the slag can be forecasted by the variation rule of CO and CO2;the start of off-gas recovery and the end of blowing can be determined by the variation rule of O2 and the safety prewarning of the metallurgical equipments can be attained by the variation rule of H2.
