生孢噬纤维菌SM多糖的提取及对草鱼的毒性测定 被引量:1

摘要 采用乙醇沉淀法提取SM多糖,并用苯酚-硫酸法进行了多糖含量的测定,通过对草鱼的急性毒性实验,结果表明:生孢噬纤维菌胞外粗多糖对草鱼的毒性很低,当浓度为3.2mg/mL时,对草鱼的致死率只有10%,而当浓度等于或低于1.6mg/mL时对草鱼无毒性。
