聚苯胺修饰玻炭电极差示脉冲伏安法测定人体尿酸 被引量:2

摘要 研究了聚苯胺修饰玻炭电极的电化学性质和在抗坏血酸等物质存在下测定人体尿酸的分析方法。在0.025mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=6.6)介质中,聚苯胺修饰玻炭电极对尿酸具有强烈的吸附活性。在2.0×10^-6-8.0×10^-6mol/L内,尿酸浓度c与峰电流Ip成线性关系,相关系数r=0.9922。浓度为3.0×10^-3mol/L的抗坏血酸不干扰尿酸的测定。用该方法测定了人体尿样中的尿酸含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.21%,回收率为94.1%~101.6%。 The electro-chemical characters of glassy carbon electrode modified by polyaniline and analytical method for uric acid in the presence of ascorbic acid were studied. In the buffer solution with pH of 6.6, there were absorption activity of glassy carbon electrode to uric acid and an excellent linear relation between the peak current and concentration in the range of 2.0 ×10^-6 -8.0 ×10^-6 mol/L (r = 0. 992 2 ). 3.0 ×10^-3 mol/L ascorbic acid didn't interfere with the determination of 2.0 ×10^-6 mol/L uric acid. The RSD of determination results was 3.21% and recoveries were 94.1% - 101.6%.
