摘要
企业安全伦理的缺失,损害了企业的道德人格形象,威胁着人的生命健康权利、企业本身的生存和发展、整个市场秩序以至整个社会的和谐稳定。传统文化的仁爱伦理精神,主张“仁者人也”、“仁者爱人”、“忠恕之道”、“克己复礼”、“杀身成仁”等道德思想,可为企业安全伦理建设提供新的借鉴和启发。
Disappearance of enterprise＇s safe ethics has damaged the ethical personality＇s images of enterprises, threatening people＇s life and health fight enterpfise＇s own existence and development and the order of the whole market even harmonious stability of the whole society. Kind-heartedness of traditional culture which maintained that “benevalences love others”, “doctrine of magnanimity”, “restrain oneself to Li”, “laying down one＇s life in the cause of justice” etc.
