摘要
多年来人们在所有权与所有制认识上存在误区。应在国有资产改革中引入个体产权激励机制,在所有权上重新进行建构,从而加强对国有资产的保护。
The paper makes an attempt to correct the errors incurring in the understanding about proprietorship and ownership system. In the progress of stale-owned assets reformation, incentive mechanism relating to individual property right has been adopted , and on the ground of reconstruction of proprietorship, it would be likely to promote the safeguard of stated-owned assets.
