摘要
首先通过化学氧化法合成了导电聚苯胺,再将聚苯胺引入镍基蒙脱土层间,合成了镍基蒙脱土/聚苯胺纳米复合材料,并用FTIR、XRD、TEM对其结构进行了表征与分析。结果表明,聚苯胺已进入蒙脱土层间,并使蒙脱土片层间距增大。测定了复合前后材料的电导率并对其进行了合理的解释。
The paper described the synthesis of conductiong polyaniline (PAn)by chemical oxidizing process firstly. The Ni^2+ - Montmorillonite/Polyaniline( Ni^2+ -MMT/PAn)nanocomposites was preparated by diffusing the PAn into the layers of Ni^2+ - Montmorillonite( Ni^2+ -MMT). Furthermore,the structures of them were characterized and analyzed by FTIR,XRD and TEM. The results revealed that the PAn had intercalated into the layers of MMT and led to the layers of the MMT expanded obviously. The condutivity of PAn before and after intercalation was also measured and the result was explained reasonably here.
