Study of decreasing harmful chemicals in smog by fluorometry

摘要 The total spectral characteristics of different brand cigarette smogs were obtained with fluorometry through extracting tar in the organic solvents from somg.It provided us an applicable tool for the value of the quality of cigarette and harmful chemicals in smog.In the meantime,the scavenging rates of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons of different brand smogs through the β-cycoldextrin solution were quantitatively determined and evaluated using the phenanthrene as a contrast.The scavenging rates of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons of different brand cigarettes reach 12.1%-37.6% with filter,31.4%-70.1% with β-cycoldextrin solution and 53%-97% with both filter and β-cycoldextrin solution,respectively.
