剖白湿皮和硝皮工艺的特点及白湿皮和硝皮纤维结构的对比

摘要 白湿皮呈弱酸性,pH 值约为5,收缩温度为70℃,最高可达82℃,能经受短期存放,便于片皮和削匀。用光学显微镜观察,白湿皮臀部纤维结构完整,松散均匀,腹部较疏松。而硝皮臀部上、下层纤维结构疏松,中层纤维紧实,腹部空松,尤其是上层更为明显。因此,经过白湿皮处理的坯革的丰满性和柔软性比浸硝处理的坯革好,部位差也小。 Wet—white pelt shows acid,the PH value is 5.Its shrinkage tem- perature(Ts)is 70℃,but the highest may come up to 82℃.It can be stored for a short time,and easy to split and shave.The observation under a optical microscope has shown that fibre structure of wet—white shell is good condition,splitting up uniformly,but the belly is a bit of loose.In uplayer and lowlayer of Glauber's salted pelt,the fibrous struct- ure is loose,but the middle is tight.It's belly is too loose,especially in uplayer of the belly.Wet—white is better in plumpness,softness and more uniform than Glauber's salted pelt.
