江西省1992—1995年血吸虫病健康教育评价

EVALUATION ON HEALTH EDUCATION FOR SCHISTOSOMIASIS CONTROL IN JIANGXI PROVINCE FROM 1992 TO 1995

采用定量和定性两种方法对江西省１９９２—１９９５年血防健康教育进行评价。结果表明，此期间全省血防健康教育按计划顺利实施，并逐步规范化。应用视听教育、技能培训、提供防护药品和部分地区结合环境改造的方法对居民进行教育于预后，目标人群血防知识水平显著提高，血防态度端正人数明显增加，娱乐性疫水接触频度降低，结合环境改造地区居民血吸虫感染率有较大幅度下降，全省急性血吸虫病发病率逐年递减。血防电影和电视是目前血防健康教育信息传播的较佳方式。

After performing base line investigation in 1992, health education on anti-schistosomiasis was carried out by listening-video, technical training, providing prevention drugs and performing environment modification in a part of endemic regions in Jiangxi Province since 1993. The process and effect of health education on schistosomiasis control were evaluated by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the work was performing smoothly according to schemes and was being standardized progressively from 1992 to 1995.After performing health education, the proportion of inhabitants with qualification knowledge and with correct attitude to schistosomiasis control program increased significantly. In the meantime, the proportion of residents contacting with schistosome-infested water for amusement, the human infection rate, and the number of acute cases reduced remarkably year by year. At present, movies and TV-film on anti-schistosomiasis are better ways for spreading knowledge on schistosomiasis control.
