首先简单介绍了固定移动网络融合的发展历程和目前的研究情况,给出了固定移动网络融合的概念,然后从用户业务需求、运营商面临的压力和挑战以及技术发展角度等方面,分析了固定移动网络融合的必要性,之后着重讲述了网络融合的基本技术,最后详细讲解了基于IMS进行固定移动网络融合的策略。

After the brief introduction about the development and research of fix mobile convergence （FMC）, this paper gives the conception of fix mobile convergence, and then from the service need of user, the pressure and challenge of the network operators and the development of technology analyses the necessary reason for FMC. Lastly, this paper in detail explains the basic technology of FMC and the strategy of FMC based on IMS.
