摘要
本文用 SEM 技术及化学分析方法研究了不同浸酸处理后土种绵羊皮纤维间质的除去情况及胶原纤维的松散状态。结果表明:甲酸对纤维间质的水解作用强于硫酸,表现在对胶原纤维松散上,以甲酸浸酸的效果好于硫酸。从而为绵羊毛革的生产筛选出了合适的浸酸软化方案。
Removal of the interfibrillary nonfibrous components and opening up of the collagenus fiber of native sheepskin during different pickling opera- tions were studied by scanning electron microscopy and chemical analysis. It was concluded that the hydrolysis of interfibrillary nonfibrous compo- nents of the skin with formic acid was stronger than that with sulphu- ric acid.For achieving the fine splitting of the collagen fibers,formic acid was better than sulphuric acid.The proper pickling operation was chosen for furskin production of native sheepskin.
