摘要
投融资决策理论与方法,几十年来,世界上一直沿用著名金融财务学家Ross的观点。但是它的缺点是众所周知的。近几年来,我们始终致力于试图改进它、完善它。2002年,我们曾经对此进行了较大的改进。而直到近两年,才基本完善了这一投融资决策理论与方法。
The standpoint of investment decision theory and method of the famous financier Ross has been followed in the world for several decades. But its weakness is obvious. In the past few years, we always concentrate on trying to improve and perfect it. We had a greater improvement in it in 2002. But upto recent two years, we get to perfect this investment decision theory and mothod.
