中国地区差距时空演变特征的实证分析:1978—2003

Empirical Analysis of the Developmet of China's Regional Disparity

本文以七大经济地带作为考察的地域单元,采用可以多层次分解的Theil指数测量了1978—2003年间中国七大经济地带之间、地带内部以及总体地区差距的时空演变。研究结果发现:地带之间的差距仍是中国地区差距最为突出的问题;环渤海和长三角地区内部差距逐年缩小并对全国地带内差距具有显著的影响;大西北区内部差距变化呈微弱的上升趋势;东北老工业基地、东南经济区、中部区、大西南区等四大区域内部差距对总体差距的贡献自始至终微不足道。

This paper takes the seven economic regions as investigated regional unit, and measures intemal disparity, total disparity and the disparity between the seven economic regions from 1978 to 2003 in China with Theil index. It discovers that disparity among the regions remains the most outstanding problem. The intemal disparities of Circum-Bohai area and Yangtze River Delta shrink yearly with remarkable influence upon the general intemal disparity. The intemal disparity of the Northwest presents a weak up-tread, and that of the Northeast old industrial base, southeast economic zone, middle part district and large southwest were insignificant to total disparity throughout.
