摘要
目的为了控制清喉咽颗粒中黄芩苷的含量,建立了用高效液相色谱法来测定.方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Inertsil-ODS-3(5μm 4.6×150 mm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1),流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长为274 nm[1];结果黄芩苷在0.210~1.05μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,回收率为98.68%,RSD=0.52%(n=5).结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,而且专属性强,可用于清喉咽颗粒的质量控制.
Objective To develop a method for the determination of baicalin in Qinghouyan Granules. Methods Baicalin of Qinghouyan Granules was determined by HPLC on Inertsil-ODS-3 ( 5μm 4. 6 × 15 mm) column with methanol-water-acetic acid (50 : 50 : 1)as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detective wavelength was at 206 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in range of 0. 210-1.05 μg for the baicalin(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98.68% ,and RSD was 0.52% (n=5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible with a strong specificity ,and be used for the quality control of baicalin in Qinghouyan Granules.
