人参总皂苷超声提取工艺的研究

Study on Contents of Ginsenosides of Radix Ginseng by Transonic Abstraction-Colormetric Method

目的优选人参总皂苷的超声波提取工艺。方法采用正交设计通过比色法对不同超声处理条件下的人参总皂苷含量进行测定。结果超声-比色法测人参总皂苷的最佳工艺为:水饱和正丁醇提取、超声时间60分钟、超声2次、不萃取。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于人参总皂苷含量评价。

Objective To optimize the transonic-extraction process of Radix ginseng. Methods The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize transonic abstraction-colormetric extracts and was determined the contents of ginsenosides. Results The optimum transonic extraction conditions are as follows ： adding water saturated butanol into ginseng , transonic extracted two times and for 60 minutes each time, without extraction . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for analysis contents of ginsenosides of Radix ginseng.
