太子参多糖及皂苷的积累动态研究 被引量:27

摘要 目的通过紫外分光光度法测定了贵州施秉、雷山GAP基地不同生长时期太子参的多糖和皂苷含量,确定太子参最佳采收时期。方法采用硫酸-苯酚法测定总多糖的含量,香草醛-冰醋酸法测定总皂苷的含量。结果施秉GAP基地太子参多糖3月、4月、7月、9月份含量较高,分别为:30.61%、32.82%、26.3%、42.32%;雷山GAP基地太子参多糖4月、7月、9月份含量较高,分别为:42.48%、40.6%、37.68%;施秉GAP基地太子参皂苷3月、4月、6月份含量较高,分别为:1.16%、2.04%、1.7%;雷山GAP基地太子参皂苷3月、9月份含量较高,分别为:2.04%、0.78%。结论太子参中多糖和皂苷的含量因采收时期不同而异,综合考虑在9月份采收比较合理。 Objective To determine the optimum collective periods by analysis the content of polysaccharides and saponins of the plants collected in different times for Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.)Pax ex Pax et Hoffm. from Guizhou Shibing and Leishan GAP bases . Methods The contents of polysaccharides and saponins were measured by the sulphuric acid-phenol colorimetric method and the vanillin-ice acetic acid colorimetric method. Results From Shibing GAP base ,the highest levels of polysaccharides in the plant collected times that are in Mar(30.61%),Apr(32.82%),Jul(26.3%) and Sep(42.32%) respectively; and Leishan GAP base that are in Apr(42.48%),Jul(40.6%) and Sep (37.68%) . From Shibing GAP base, the highest levels of saponins in the plant collected that are in Mar(1.16%),Apr(2.04%) and Jun (1.7 %) respectively; and Leishan GAP base that are in Mar(2.04 %) and Sep(0.78%). Conclusions The contents of polysaccharides and saponins of Pseudostellaria heterophylla are changeable collected in different seasons, it is reasonable that is collected during July to Sept.
