摘要
采用外周血淋巴细胞培养制备染色体及染色体显带技术,对藏系绵羊(山谷型)的显带核型进行了较全面的研究。对该品种的染色体核型、G带、C带、R带和Ag—NORs进行了观察和分析,并根据实验结果绘制了该品种的G带核型模式图。在此基础上,对各种显带核型进行了初步的讨论。为藏系绵羊的研究提供了细胞遗传学方面的资料。
The techenique of making chromosome by peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and the banding technique were used to study the banded chromosome of Zangxi sheep(mountain type)comprehensively. The karyotype; G-band; C-band; R-band and Ag-NORs of Zangxi sheep chromosome were observed and analysed. Based on the result of the expriment the G-band idiogram of Zangxi sheep has been made. All kinds of banded karyotype of Zangxi sheep were preliminarily discussed. It provided cytogenetic information for the studing of Zangxi sheep.
