目的探讨紫外分光先度法用于氧氟沙星（ＯＦＬＸ）在健康人体内的尿药动力学研究的可行性．方法用紫外分光光度法测定ＯＦＬＸ的尿药浓度．按一房室模型．计算ＯＦＬＸ在人体内的药动学参数．结果ＯＦＬＸ在健康人体内的半衰期ｔ１／２为４．８～６．６ｈ；２４ｈ内展药回收率为６６．４％～９５．５％．结论紫外分光光度法测定ＯＦＬＸ尿药动力学简便、易行．

Objective To research the appliatio of sepectphoto mety pharrnaco kinetics ofofloxacin in healthy volunteers by determining urine drug.Methods UV-260 spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of ofloxacin in urine. The data obtained was CD nforrned to one-corn partment model. Result Ofloxacin was excreted in urine 66.4%￣ 95.5% after 24h in healthy volunteers, The t1 /2was 4.8￣ 6.6h.Conclusion Study on pharmacokinetics of ofloxacin in urine by UV-260spectrophotometry was POssible and easy.
