摘要
主要研究了红栓菌和槐耳菌对硒的耐受力以及菌丝体蛋白对硒的富集作用。结果表明,红栓菌的生长速率明显要快于槐耳菌,蛋白质富集硒的能力比槐耳菌强,但对硒的敏感性较强。当发酵培养基中硒的添加量达到25μg/ml时,对菌丝体生长的抑制率最小,且在发酵初期添加无机硒,红栓菌蛋白质富硒能力最强,其中蛋白总硒量为255.87μg,蛋白质中硒含量为6.40μg/mg。
This research pertains to comparison of the tolerance and accumulation of Se between Pycnoporus cinnabarirus and Trametes robiniphila Murr.lt showed that growth of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus was faster that of than Trametes robiniphila Murr;and the accumulating Se capability to protein of the former was better than that of the later,however tolerance of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus was very poor. When Se adding up to 25μgSe/ml in the fermentator, the inhibition of the growth came the least. The total quantity and concentration of Se in protein of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus were 255.87μg and 6.40μg/mg, respectively.
