摘要
本文对甲状腺功能异常者用心阻抗血流图测得其心功能20项指标,引入多元分析法评价血流动力学状况,甲亢者除了呈现高输出低阻力心功能改变以外,其舒张功能也有不同程度降低。
In the present study, 84 suhjects were divided into 5 groups according to the lhyroid function Slates. 20 parametcrs of the heart function were determined hy impedanee cardiogram and multivanate analysis. The patients of hyperthyroidism revealed the hyperdy-namic circulatory stale ace.ompamed wrth weakness of cardiac diastohc function m varymg degrees.
