摘要
本文利用免疫金银染色方法(IGSS)观察611例不同胎龄胸腺。结果表明:IGSS可清晰显示不同分子量的角蛋白在胸腺上皮网状细胞中的分布,此法敏感性强,背景清晰,适用于常规石蜡切片中抗原检测,可为广泛使用。
60 human fetal thymuses various age ofgestation were observed using IGSS. The results showed that the distribution of various types of keratin was inequable in the thymic epithelial - reticular cellsamong the cortex medulla and thymus corpuscle. And the test also showed that IGSS had highly sensiti-ty and well staining effect, and was suitable for examining Antigen in paraffin wax section. As it may be widely used for immunocytochemical study.
