摘要
超分辨率图像复原的目的在于复原截止频率之外的信息,以使图像获得更多的细节和信息。本文采用POCS方法进行超分辨率图像复原研究。运动估计在超分辨率图像复原中起着重要作用,三步搜索法由于第一步搜索步长过大,对于小运动估计效果较差。本文提出了一种新的运动估计方法——新三步搜索法,在第一步搜索时采用了并行思想,有效地弥补了三步搜索法的这一缺陷。使用新三步搜索法得到的平均绝对偏差和峰值信噪比均优于三步搜索法得到的结果,得到的图像也优于三步搜索法得到的图像。
Super-resolution image restoration can reconstruct spatial frequencies information above the limit frequency to get more details of image. Projection onto convex sets (POCS) is used in this paper. The motion estimation plays an important role in superresolution. Due to its too large step size, in the first step of search in the Three-Step Search (TrS), its estimation result is poor for smaller motion. This paper presents a Novel Three-Step Search (NTTS) Algorithm, in which the idea of parallel search is used in the first step of search. The result of the experiment is better than the result of the way which uses Trs. The MAE and PSNR of the result, which use NTIS, are better than the one, which use Trs, and the image is better too.
