手术治疗下肢静脉曲张400例报告

Surgical Treatment of Varicosity Saphenous Vein in 400 Patients

目的探讨大隐静脉根治手术的治疗方法。方法1977年10月～2004年10月，采用传统的典型大隐静脉高位结扎、曲张静脉剥脱和交通支结扎术，即根治性手术治疗大隐静脉曲张400例。结果均顺利出院。其中住院期间6例切口感染，经换药、抗生索应用后切口愈合，延期出院。随访360例病人，临床症状、体征消失，效果满意，另40例失访。结论目前治疗该病有多种方法，典型传统的根治性手术方法，依然具有手术易于操作，手术步骤规范定型，根治效果佳，无复发率等优点，是安全有效的方法，应为首选术式。

Objective To evaluate the surgical approach for varicosity saphcnous vein. Methods From October 1977 to October 2004, four hundred cases of varicosity saphcnous vein underwent standard surgery： Proximal great saphenous vein ligation, varicose veins stripping and perforator vein ligation. Results The group of varicosity saphenous vein was cured and discharged from hospital. Incised wounds were infected in 6 cases and prolonged dischargcd. The infected wounds were cured by changing the dress and applying antibiotics. A total of 360 procedures were followed. The clinical symptoms and signs were disappeared. The outcome was satisfied. The rest 40 cases were not followcd. Conclusion The standard varicose vein surgery are easily operated. The operative steps are formulated and the results are satisfactory regarding recurrence rate. The standard varicose vein surgery is the first choice.
