摘要
为加强食品添加剂的卫生监督管理，通过对我市食品添加剂生产、经营和使用单位的监督检查情况的分析，探讨在监管过程中应注意的问题及重点要求，保证食品添加剂的卫生安全，切实维护人民群众身体健康。
To strengthen health supervision and management of food additives, through analyzing the inspection findings of food additive production, selling and using, to discuss the problem and priorities in the process of food additive supervision to guarantee the health security of food additive to defend resident health.
