南京地区接触性皮炎常见致敏原的研究

Study on Frequent Allergens of Contact Dermatitis

对1988年～1990年南京地区386例接触性皮炎患者以芬兰斑试器（Finn－chamber）用欧洲标准抗原（ESA）进行斑贴试验。结果201例（52．1％）对ESA中1种或1种以上抗原呈阳性反应。常见致敏原是硫酸镍（16．1％）、芳香类混合物（12．2％）、Carba混合物（6．7％）、对苯二胺（6．5％）、松香（60％）、甲醛（4．9％）、氯化钴（4.9％）、苯唑卡因（4.7％）、秘鲁香油（4.4％）、黑橡胶混合物（3．6％）、重铬酸钾（2．3％）。

Patch tests were performed according to the European standard allergens (ESA) with Finn-Chamber in 386 cases suspected of contact dermatitis in Nanjing during 1988 -1991. The frequent allergens were nickel (16. 1% ), fragrance mix (12. 2% ), carba mix (6.7 % ), p- phenylendiamine (6. 5% ), colophony (6.0%), formaldehyde (4. 9 % ), cobalt (4. 9% ), benzocaine (4. 7%), balsam of Peru (4. 4% ), black rubber mix (3. 6 % ),potassium dichromate (2. 3% ).
