国有煤矿改革必须加强技术改造

Strenthen Technical Reform to Develop State-run Coal Mines

山西天地王坡煤业有限公司王坡矿井是省重点调产项目“1311”工程项目和晋城市“2316”重点调产项目规划,是晋城市2005年重点目标建设的十大百万吨矿井之一。矿井从上世纪90年代初开始建设,到2003年12月形成首采综放工作面。随着国际国内采煤方法、采煤工艺的不断发展,王坡矿井经过多次的技术改造,最终形成了国内领先的现代化地方煤矿高产高效的样板矿井。通过对该矿的开拓设计、采掘工艺和辅助运输等方面的重大技术改造阐述,将会对我国地方国有煤矿建设和改革发展提供一些经验。

Wangpo mine is one of shanxi “1311” projects and Jincheng “2316” projects. Its construction started in the 90 years of last century and acomplished the first fully-mechanised face in the December, 2003. This is a modern mine with high production and high efficiecy. Some important technical reform of shaft design, winning technique and transportation in Wangpo mine are introduced to supply a reference to similar state-run mines.
