摘要
通过对减压转油线的应力分析,阐述了特殊形状三通管道(包括Y形三通、裤形三通)的应力分析方法和过程。对特殊形状三通应力增大系数的确定方法进行了专门研究,并将其应用于实际工程管道的应力分析。还对管道应力分析中的某些错误认识进行了纠正。
Taking the stress analysis of vacuum transfer line as an example,the analytic method and procedure of stress on three—way pipes in special shape(including Y—three—way pipes and trousers—three—way pipes)is introduced. Methods for determining the stress growth fac- tor of three—way pipes in special shape are stud- ied specially and applied in the stress analysis of pipes in actual projects.Also some misunder- standings in the stress analysis of pipes are cor- rected.
