摘要
渣油通过加热炉达到减粘的目的,高温流动的渣油对加热炉炉管的管壁造成破坏。对一起材质为Cr9Mo的加热炉炉管弯头的失效,采用若干测试技术通过排除法判断,其破坏类型属气蚀为主的冲蚀,探讨了其形貌特征和形成的机理。
Residual oil pass through visbreaker beater to attain its visbreaking purpose,but high—temperature flowing residual oil may de- stroy the tube wall of furnace.This article intro- duces that many tests were done on the failure of furnace tube bend in the material of Cr9Mo and exclusive method was used to analyze and judge that the cavitation erosion was the main cause of destruction.And the destructive characteristics and formative mechanism is discussed in this ar- ticle also.
