内保温圆形烟风道最优化气体流速的计算

摘要 烟风道是加热炉余热回收系统中的主要组成部分,合理地确定烟风道内气体流速对于降低余热回收系统工程投资及操作费用是极为重要的。文章以烟风道内流速为变量,通过建立工程投资与操作费用之和的函数,并将该函数对气体流速求导,得出了圆形烟风道最优化气体流速的计算公式,同时就其中各项参数对最优化气体流速的影响进行了分析和讨论。 Since flue is a main component of the waste heat recovery system in furnaces,properly defining gas flow rate in the flue is very impor- tant to the reduction of project investment and operating expenses of waste heat recovery sys- tem.In this paper,the gas flow rate in flue is taken as a variable.By establishing a function of the sum of project investment and operating ex- penses and deriving gas flow rate from this func- tion,a calculation formula of optimal gas flow rate in circular flues is obtained.The influence of various parameters on the optimal gas flow rate is also analyzed and discussed.
