摘要
介绍了再生骨料的生产工艺、性能、强化处理方法以及再生混凝土的工作性和硬化后的性能.再生骨料的生产工艺包括预处理破碎、强化处理和筛分阶段,其中强化处理阶段是关键.由于再生骨料颗粒表面含有大量的水泥砂浆,再生骨料具有吸水率大、密度小和压碎指标高等性能.吸水率大是不利再生骨料应用的一个制约因素,影响着再生混凝土的其他性能.通过化学和物理强化处理方法,改善其表面状况,从而减小它的吸水率,改变再生骨料混凝土拌合物的工作性能.
This paper briefly describes the definition, classification, process method, properties and strengthening method of recycled aggregate. The producing craft of recycled aggregate includes processing in advance, strengthening processing and sieving. The strengthening processing is the most important in them. As the surface of recycled aggregate has enough cement mortar, the recycled aggregate has properties of larger water absorption, lower density, and high crush quantity. The water absorption is a disadvantage of recycled aggregate, and it influences the properties of recycled aggregate. Through physical and chemical method, the water absorption can be descent, and then the workability of new recycled concrete can be changed.
