以提篮桥历史文化风貌区为例,分析了在历史文化风貌区的保护与再利用中,进行合理、适度的房地产开发所产生的经济效益,并对该风貌区中的房地产项目所做经济评价的基础上,提出了历史文化风貌区中进行房地产开发的启示和建议.

By taking Tilanqiao historic area as an example, this paper analyzes the economic gains brought by the real estate development in the conservation and development of historic area. Based on the economic evaluation of Tilanqiao historic area, the paper provides the enlightenment and suggestion to real estate development in historic areas.
