摘要
某工程人工挖孔大直径扩底桩有一部分位于破碎岩带上.基桩施工完毕后,采用钻芯等方法检测发现2根桩的桩端处岩性较弱;下部桩身混凝土质量也较差,混凝土芯样气孔较多,有离折现象,混凝土强度达不到设计要求.故采用压力注浆法对桩端破碎岩及桩身混凝土进行了双重加固补强.后经检测表明,桩基加固效果良好.
Man-dug big diameter piles of a civil engineering project, rested on fractured zone of rock are tested by core drilled and low strain dynamic detection, and the failure of the piles is detected. The methods of pressure grouting for consolidation of piles and fracture rock mass are described and proven to be effective.
