摘要
剪力墙中连梁的设计原则即“强减弱弯”;剪力墙在水平力作用下的破坏机理分为剪切破坏和弯曲破坏,从中得出连梁的延性要求非常重要.以风荷载和地震荷载为控制因素分别讨论了刚度折减系数取值的问题.对高层建筑剪力墙连梁常见问题提出建议并提出提高连梁延性的构造措施.
The design of shear wall is governed by the rule to insure that the flexural failure happens before shearing failure does. Under horizontal force, the failure of shear wall may be due to shearing mechanism or flexural mechanism, both of which request binding beam to be more ductile. The paper discusses the question of how the reduced coefficient of stiffness is selected when the wind load and seismic load become the governing factors, and gives some advice about the design of binding beam of highrise building and the constructional method to develop the ductility of binding beam.
